Edward J. Tomas
Upon completion of his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice, Mr. Tomas
entered the U.S. Marine Corps, Officer Candidate School. After
receiving an Honorable Discharge, Mr. Tomas began his career in
law enforcement. Mr. Tomas commenced with a local police department,
and then progressed to the Hunterdon County Prosecutors office
as a Supervising Investigator in charge of Narcotics. He later
assumed the position of State Investigator in charge of Technical
Operations for the elite New Jersey Statewide Organized Crime,
Narcotics and Racketeering Task Force.
Mr. Tomas then accepted a position with the Central Intelligence
Agency as an Intelligence Officer supporting worldwide operations.
In this position Mr. Tomas gained significant experience involving
the application of human, photographic and technical intelligence
resources in support of hostage rescue, counterterrorism, security,
counter narcotics, intelligence and matters relating to national
security.

Ralph C. Hughes
Mr. Hughes founded GLOBAL ENTERPRISES in 1989 and has built it into a multi-million dollar company. Before graduating with Honors from the University of Arizona, he was the president of the University's chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, the men's Business Fraternity. He was also a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the National Accounting Honorary Society. Mr. Hughes joined the Central Intelligence Agency in 1965 and had an outstanding career in the Operations Directorate, where he specialized in Middle Eastern operations. He was the chief of a number of Agency offices abroad and he held senior positions at the Agency's Headquarters. He retired from the CIA in 1989.
